Who it’s for

Two titles. One job: the relationship.

If you carry a named book of tech clients and a number tied to keeping and growing it, this room was built for you.

Role 01

Client Partners

You own strategic accounts at consulting and IT services firms — the relationship, the trust, and the long game.

  • Own the overall client relationship and account P&L
  • Set multi-year account strategy and growth plans
  • Navigate procurement, renewals, and executive sponsors
  • Answer for delivery confidence at the C-level table

Role 02

Account Managers

You own a book at a SaaS, cloud, or tech vendor — where the signature was the starting line, not the finish.

  • Own renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention
  • Drive adoption and run QBRs / EBRs that executives attend
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded stakeholder maps
  • Spot risk early — and escalate before it becomes churn

This is for you if…

  • You carry a named book of tech clients
  • You own renewal and/or growth numbers
  • You run QBRs or EBRs for executive audiences
  • You manage executive stakeholders — CIOs, CTOs, VPs
  • You want peers who will challenge your account plan, not applaud it

Not for…

  • AEs hunting new logos — different job, different rooms exist
  • Vendors looking to pitch members — ever
  • Job-board lurkers collecting contacts
  • Anyone who will break confidentiality — removal is immediate
  • People who need a course — this is peers, not curriculum

Adjacent peers: Strategic AMs and senior CSMs with genuine commercial ownership — renewals, expansion, executive relationships — may apply. Each application is reviewed on the work, not the title.
